Even The Sun has a commanding and confident frontman whose poetic verses ring through his personal tragedies and triumphs throughout the songs. Rogers left the blues beat of Chicago to learn the sounds of the surf at University San Diego where he graduated with a music degree. After completing his first solo album, “Deeper in the Female,” and performing live in the Los Angeles music scene, Rogers met drummer Ben Redfern, guitarist Bryan Davis and keyboardist Adam Grace and formed “Even The Sun” in 2004.

October 2, 2007 (Los Angeles, CA) Los Angeles-based funky alternative rock band Even The Sun will tour Japan military bases and clubs to play for the U.S. troops stationed in Japan as well as local Japanese citizens. Even The Sun will begin their tour in Okinawa, Japan on December 1, 2007, performing at the Courtney Christmas and Holiday festival to an audience of 10,000 people. The band will also performing nightly for the following week at clubs in front of local crowds of 2,000.
