Vas Deferens is a concept band /solo project led by multi- instrumentalist Marcos Cantu. Born and raised in South Texas, Marcos studied Neuroscience at Brown University before choosing rock music over grad school.
The music of Vas Deferens is complex, fast, melodic, agressive, and really horny... it is the sound of sexual frustration, perhaps...but it is best described as slyly subversive, playfully perverse, brilliantly composed, agresively joyful sex-obsessed rock music.
sounds like: nirvana and radiohead meet the beach boys and the sex pistols
